CHET, Living the Supernatural Walk of the 8

CHET is the 8th letter of the Hebrew Alphabet.
CHET can be interpreted as the Crowned Man with the Sword of the Spirit,
as it is composed from a VAV and a ZAYIN.
A tabernacle is formed or a protective fence that gives life.
CHET has a numerical value of 8, also a number that marks the start of something new coupled by a supernatural resurrection.

Chet as the Heart of the Father

Chet is a beautiful depiction of the heart of the Father surrounded by His Word, with only One way in. Yeshua is the Star of the Bible and in the Torah are the instructions. His Word not only says that there is only one way to the Father but that the life of the flesh is in the blood. Yeshua was the perfect and sinless sacrifice and it is only by coming to the end of ourselves that we come to the Cross or the gate. The Israelites were commanded to put blood of a spotless lamb with hyssop branches on the door posts of the entrance of their homes. This marked them that they may be passed over by the angel of death. Here we see how the Old Testament is a shadow and type of the New Testament. When we enter into acceptance of Yeshua’s redemptive plan, we are in Him and He is in us. The image of the CHET is a reflection of this marriage and the covering we now have by the shedding of His blood sacrifice. His blood is our protection and why I painted the structure to reflect this, sprinkled with blood, black or darkness on the outside, and white or purification on the inside. The white line from the center star down is the narrow path.

1 John 4:9 KJV
[9] In this was manifested the love of God towards us, because that God sent His only begotten Son into the world, that we might live through Him.

John 14:6 TPT
[6] Jesus explained, “I am the Way, I am the Truth, and I am the Life. No one comes next to the Father except through union with Me. To know Me is to know My Father too.

Matthew 7:14 TPT
[14] The narrow gate and the difficult way leads to eternal life-so few even find it!”

Chet as a Tabernacle

When we read of the Tabernacle that God asked Moses to build for Him to dwell in, it had to be holy as the Father is holy. We might ask ourselves what is inside or what is being protected? This is where it gets interesting landing on this letter in this Hebrew Alphabet study. The Tabernacle was where the Arc of the Covenant rested, and in there, the Holy of Holies, God’s Presence dwelled, and it is where God encountered and spoke to Moses. Inside it was a jar of Manna, Aaron’s rod that budded the almond blooms, and the Tablets, the Book of the Covenant. Here were the instructions whereby Adam and Eve needed to live by in the Garden of Eden, in obedience and fully protected. The serpent, and its great deception, then, confronted them, and caused them to sin and be expelled from the Garden and the near Presence of God. At this time, they also lost dominion over the Garden. This topic will come up more and more as we move along.

The fence, or the set of instructions, also protects us from the evil ones. Dominion over Satan and his minions must be known and established firmly in our foundation, as Yeshua came to pay the price for our redemption. Repentance and understanding our need for His salvation is key to resurrecting with Him to have victory in His Name over this adversary. When we, as a body, come together in love and boldness, having been cleansed of our sins and mindful of keeping His precepts and our temples holy, we become the Bride that He has longed for and the Kingdom that He is coming back to rule over and reign with us in. This is the marriage ceremony we all await. It is the resurrected life, restored back to the Garden. Until that happens, we are the Temple that houses His Holy Spirit. By being humble, and worshipping Yeshua, we bow down to Him so we can be lifted up to Him. Just as He was lowly suffering for all our sins and being sacrificed even though He led a sinless life, He conquered sin and the grave and resurrected back to the Right Hand of the Father. The way up is down. This is key to the resurrected life.

Living humbly and in obedience, we are protected. Ignorance may be bliss and knowledge is power but disobedience leaves us unprotected. The fence has two sides, so if we follow the Torah, or the fence, it leads us to the gate where we enter the protected zone. I have been a believer since 2008 and in May of 2019, upon the lead of the Holy Spirit, I began seeking to know better my Jewish roots through the few family members I had left. I found out my Great Grandfather had been a Rabbi. I never knew that from my dad. His mom was the one that stopped following anything except the world. I feel so blessed to be restoring this in my lineage, three generations and ten family members later. I joined a Messianic Congregation and began following the weekly Sabbath, and keeping it holy onto the LORD. I stopped doing art events on Friday nights or Saturday days. It was a life style change since often the events in the art world revolved around those days. I embraced the change and had faith that God had a better plan.

Psalm 37:4 (KJV)
Delight thyself also in the Lord; and He shall give thee the desires of thine heart.

I fully embraced learning about my lost culture through the Torah, the Biblical Feasts, realizing that they were God’s Feasts and not just Jewish feasts like so many think. I had fun with it and learned new prayers, new recipes in the kitchen where I love to spend time worshipping and walking in the spirit. My spiritual insight and prophetic alignment increased exponentially after starting to follow Sabbath. I was on fire and until this day, never did I feel like it was a sacrifice. I truly delight in it and there is blessing that follows those who keep the Sabbath. Sunset on Fridays to sundown on Saturdays. It is indeed a blessed and holy time.

The present world really was highly infiltrated, redesigned and manipulted by Satan to keep us distracted and carnally minded, losing sight of the day and the times but let me now declare out loud, “It’s a new day! This word was spoken to me in the middle of the night of March 4rth, 2023. The clarity I started to develop was supernatural. The protection that came with keeping Sabbath was also very comforting and faith affirming. In May of 2021, my landlord of the North Bay Village, FL unit I so loved asked me to leave, as he wanted to sell to the Northeasterners migrating escaping tyrrany. I had dreams about moving to Texas and also about living in a highrise which seemed really off. Interestingly, in the highrise dream, it was a unit on the 17th floor and I was shown to be receiving an upgrade. I didn’t understand this dream fully until the last hour when I actually was approved to live on the 17th floor of a brand new highrise in Sunrise, FL. It all came together. Please realize moving is hard enough and finding property in the middle of the chaos could have been difficult but somehow I was not anxious. I also was not ready to move to Texas. I needed more revelation and guidance for that part.

My workload at that time was learning the Hebrew Alphabet and painting it prophetically. I happen to be studying and starting to paint on the Chet, with it’s numerical value of 8. I realised it was a divine appointed message and that I was going to experience a new beginning of sorts. The other coincidence is that my landlord’s name was also Chet!!! As many say…you can’t make this kind of stuff up! And now I am here in Texas wrapping this segment up after another new beginning. This Chet walk has been so revelatory and supernatural that expounding on it is so appropriate for now.

Deliverance through Worship

Passover 2023 just happened and celebrating this feast was so meaningful as we are in a worldwide exodus. Being covered by the blood of the Lamb has never felt more reassuring. To walk out this feast, at this time, knowing a very big change is imminent and April 19/Nisan 28 being the day that the walls of Jericho fell in 1273 BC, brings deeper understanding and urgency to having a close walk with Yeshua and in God’s perfect timing. Biblically, the Feasts were purposed for the long haul, to glorify the Father, and to know the times and the seasons. Sabbath is a form of deliverance from the carnal world and a dedicated time of worship to Yahweh. In Exodus 8:1, God told Moses to tell Pharoah, “Let My people go so they can worship Me.”

Worship has supernatural effects. Through worship we can connect deeper in the spirit and establish a sound heart connection with Yeshua, who was sacrificed so we may have direct access to the Father.  Through worship we are delivered, healed, and victorious! Why? Because the battle is the Lord’s and He goes before us and fights for us if only we just stay focused and trusting Him. That is supernatural folks!

John 4:23
[23] But the hour is coming, and now is, when the true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and truth; For the Father is seeking such to worship Him.

Let us worship our way into the NEW, that the LORD has prepared for us. “Fear not,” says the LORD, “for I go before you and I am with you.” Prophesying while I write, that’s a new thing! Thank You, Father, as this word is encouraging for now and I trust it will bless the readers.

Psalm 46:10
Be still and know that I am God.

Living from a Supernatural Perspective

Let us start by knowing that the Tabernacle that God instructed Moses to build after the Israelites exited victoriously out of Egypt, and, Yeshua, were both raised supernaturally on the 8th Day. And now, like now, we are in the time of judgement of our worldwide exodus. Are we paying attention? Its happening folks. Get on the right side of this equation while there is still time. Know whom you serve. As for me and my family, we will walk in the Name of the Lord our God forever and ever.

My walk with Yeshua and ABBA Father truly deepened and became more supernatural while keeping Sabbath and following the Feasts. Following Sabbath isn’t spoken about much in the Christian community.  I made the switch, and it felt solid, and I just have to share the full impact that you may be encouraged to witness this Commandment for yourselves. When we read the weekly Torah portions, the LORD has a particular part at the start of the Scriptures that the Rabbi or another leader or member reads out loud and imagine that this goes out to everyone that follows Sabbath. In this way, God speaks to all His people His very important message. I have found prophetic correlations from what is spoken for all to hear and from the lessons in the Readings to actual current times. This is God’s way to keep the body united and in one accord. This is a supernatural experience that you may come to experience for yourselves.

If you ever wondered how you can drink from the deeper wells, this is a sure way. The current divisions and differences in religions are just the enemy’s way to divide and conquer. These denominations have all drifted away from the 4rth Commandment. I believe these last few years have been a testament to where the leaders of Churches have parked themselves and with the resurfacing of the voice of the Prophets, many have witnessed a move of the Holy Spirit causing one to thirst more. I fully experienced this and I just cannot sit in a Church or Congregation if I don’t feel the presence and supernatural power of the God we serve. We should expect miracles at all times.

Psalm 119:57
[57] You are my portion, O LORD;
I have said that I would keep Your words.
I entreated Your favor with my whole heart;
Be merciful to me according to Your word.

The first few years keeping the Sabbath holy onto the LORD, the enemy really acted up. The devil doesn’t want us to reach this higher place of living from the number 8. The devil would do anything to keep you from gathering and moving powerfully together in the spirit. Here is where the glorious and powerful Presence of God can dwell among His people and anointings for radical healings take place. From my experience, the wicked spirits have provoked even the fire alarms to be set off in the building I lived in so I would miss the appointed day and even experienced elevator delays and breakdowns, fowl, fowl weather that is hard to drive in. One time it was raining so hard, the visibility was almost nill and I prayed to God asking Him if I should turn back and go home as my dog also panics with torrential weather and He caaaaalmy sent consecutive little thunderbolts across my dashboard twice, letting me know, He’s got the dog and that I too was covered. I was in awe! I always receive these confirmations with deep gratitude and often I bust out laughing when He makes His amazing appearances like that because only He can!

In Florida, giant ominous clouds and thunder storms would collide right above my building to stop me from gathering. I finally caught on to the devil’s diversions and began more fervently to cast him down, dismantle his attacks and put him under my feet. I will share a visual that hopefully will help you to understand that we have dominion OVER these scorpions and serpents and when you start putting them UNDER your feet (stomping), you will begin to pray with greater hudspah, action, movement and POWER. So heads up when you start keeping Sabbath. It can or will feel like a battle and you will question it, but you have authority and dominion over these wicked spirits, so remember to use it. Remember these words but also remember you will be more in touch with the supernatural lifestyle that Almighty Father God granted us and no one will dim your light and your fire.

Isaiah 66:23 (also equals 8!)
And it shall come to pass
That from one New Moon to another;
And from one Sabbath to another,
All flesh shall come to worship before Me,” says the LORD.

I could go on and on about living from this supernatural CHET letter and number 8, which God uses also to renew us. He promises us 8 new things:
1. A NEW SONG – Psalm 96:1-10 (those Scriptures even equal 8 )
2. A NEW NAME – Isaiah 62:1-3 and Revelation 2:17
3. A NEW HEART – Ezekiel 18:30-32
4. A NEW SPIRIT – Ezekiel 11:17-20
5. A NEW TONGUE – Mark 16:15-18
6. A NEW COMMANDMENT – John 13:34-35
7. A NEW HEAVEN – Isaiah 66:22 and Revelation 21
8. A NEW EARTH – Also Isaiah 66:22 and Revelation 21:1-3

Circumcision is another 8th day occurrence in the Jewish culture. Circumcision was a way to make a person vulnerable and need God. In the new Covenant, it is our heart that becomes circumcised when we receive Messiah. It becomes a cutting away of old habits to be reborn into new and better ones. In many ways, the Jewish people are an Eighth Day People, many times they have risen out of the ashes. The history of Noah is another example of an eight day type of resurrection. Only eight souls were saved in Noah’s Ark during the flood.

The Father’s Covenant with Abraham is reaffirmed 8 times. It starts in the book of Genesis at Chapter 12 where God calls upon Abraham to go to the land of Canaan where He promises to “make of him a great nation.” The Abrahamic Covenant is really where God decides to save humanity and reconcile them back to Himself. It was a beautiful creation He had made, in His image He created man, and He had dwelt among them in the cool of the day. He is a good Father. He had a redemptive plan, such was His great love for us. Yahweh chose to do this through Abraham.

Still on the eight, King David is the eighth son of Jesse, another very interesting twist in the plot. When the Lord had appointed one of Jesse’s sons as the next King after Saul, Jesse did not send for David until Samuel asked if he was sure he had presented all his sons. David was the son of another woman by Jesse and wasn’t incorporated fully into the family and David was left to shepherd the sheep outside. However, the LORD Himself was molding and shaping little David, giving him experiences in his own wildeness that would bolden and increase his confidence and always draw him back to where he got his strength. This story shows how the LORD uses even the most unconsidered people for His purposes. Remember always that you too are a part of the plan. You have a role and you matter.

The meaning of this 8th letter and the time it took me to wrap it up are no coincidence. The time enabled me to reinforce my faith walk and atunement to the voice of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. I could not have arrived here on my own to this new “somewhat remote” Texas territory but here is where He revealed that I would make my home.  I stay busy with the prophetic artwork and await expectantly for the lead of the Holy Spirit.

After all the dynamics of the Trump Presidency, roaring with growth and optimism, while labored heavily against forces of great darkness, I don’t see how anyone can journey in this environment  without God, without knowing and receiving the redemptive sacrifice of Yeshua and the leading of the Holy Spirit. The spiritual tug has enabled many sleeping citizens to recognize the presence of an unreasonable undercurrent. One like that of Ishmael, cunning and greedy for more and more territory and destruction of anything in its path.

The revelations of the walk through the Hebrew alphabet led me to a greater awareness of the correlations between my life in this general atmosphere as well as where the nation stood. We complete cycles and are tried by the fire to reach greater heights of wisdom, knowledge, revelation and the understanding of it. God’s Word is a supernatural protection around us. This Hebrew letter CHET makes that clear and when I see that number 8, I am immediately drawn into the supernatural channel where my senses just tune in finer. I bet it will you too.
