LAMED – THE STAND OFF

LAMED is the 12th letter of the Hebrew Alphabet.

LAMED speaks of the authority of the staff and being trained to live in the knowledge of the glory of Yahweh,  knowing that He shows up to fight ahead of us, especially when big moves must pave the way for His Kingdom on earth as it is in heaven.

Being the 12th Letter makes it a number of Governmental Perfection.

LAMED has a numerical value of 30, significant for various reasons .

WHAT IS A STAFF?

Throughout the TORAH, we learn that as the Israelites were preparing to be delivered from Egypt, Moses was chosen to lead the pack.  He needed to be taught and trained in the ways of the LORD, as this operation was going to be marked by many signs and wonders as a significant time in history that the people were to impart to the following generations. The staff was the symbol of authority and Yahweh would prompt Moses to use it to establish His sovereignty among all peoples.

In the above painting, the use of the staff combined by the words of Yahweh, through Moses, brought on the 10 plagues, and more significantly their amazing deliverance that no one expected, the parting of the Red Sea and all the miraculous things that transpired there. It also brought the justice that would fall over Pharoah and his army in a single day.

The staff then is used to instruct, to shepherd the sheep and also to correct.

Psalm 94:12 HNV  Blessed is the man whom you discipline, O LORD, and teach out of your law;

Micah 7:14  Shepherd your people with your staff, the flock of your heritage, who dwell by themselves in a forest, in the midst of fertile pasture land, let them feed;

THE DESIGN OF THE LAMED

The Lamed is the 12th letter we come to in the Hebrew alphabet and it is the only letter that sticks up the way it does. It is marked by the YUD on the superior part, establishing the authority of Yahweh, the Right Hand of His power, for the pulling down of strongholds. Yahweh has appointed people throughout history to move others along as it is always His intention that none shall perish and that everyone be given the opportunity to come along as one body. It’s height gives us the highest viewpoint or perspective, that we may have the eyes and wisdom that God has imparted by the Tables of the Law.  As a Sabbath keeper, I have learned and loved reviewing the Old Testament year after year. There is always something to glean from The Torah. I believe Scripture is clear that the Ten Commandments were not abolished and that the LORD delights in our obedience for following it. I truly believes that is how he planned to keep the body of Messiah in One accord. Worshipping Yahweh the way He intended is a sure way to get the heart knowledge He desires.

Psalm 45:6 HNV   Your throne, God, is forever and ever.  A scepter of equity (righteousness) is the scepter of your Kingdom.

Learning qualifies us to be a leader. It was the King’s duty to write a copy of the Torah and meditate on it night and day, so he may learn to revere the LORD, Our God, and not elevate himself above the other people. The more we learn about the beautiful and powerful  attributes of the One we love, we develop heart knowledge of Him, besides literal and historical knowledge. The Torah teaches us what moves God, how deep and far and wide is His love and so many demonstrations of that.  When we lose interest in learning about the One we love, so too, our love for Him diminishes.

Psalm 119:92-93   [92] Unless Your law had been my delight, I would then have perished in my affliction.

[93] I will never forget Your precepts, for by them You have given me life.

Isaiah 60:1-2    [1] Arise, shine; For your light has come! And the glory of the LORD is risen upon you. [2] For behold, the darkness shall cover the earth, And deep darkness the people; But the LORD will arise over you, And His glory will be seen upon you.

Thank you for continuing on this journey with me. We have passed the half mark of the Aleph- Bet.

  • The first 11 letters speak of our rescue. They speak of Yeshua rescuing us out of the world, out of darkness and into Himself.
  • The second set of 11 letters make reference to the journey or race we are called to persevere in, in faith, with courage and boldness in Yeshua until the end. In His strength we are victorious. Supernatural power is at our disposal by the authority of His Name for the pulling down of strongholds and if it is His will. On our own we could never make it to the Promised Land.

TETH – A TIME TO CHOOSE and TO STAND

TETH

9th Letter of the Aleph-Bet with a numerical value of 9.

TETH means the concealed potential of the right choice. A fork in the road. A place of decision and a time to stand.

THE VICTORY OF BIRTH, OUR FIRST TRIAL.

Birth is a perfect start to begin our study of the TETH.  At the time of conception, you have been through your first 9 month trial. You were dependent on your Creator, Yahweh, and you were born into the circumstances of your mother’s health during gestation. I particularly know that I did not feed in the last month and a half of my mom’s pregnancy so I was born tiny and had to be immediately separated from my mom and put into an incubator. That’s another trial. Knowing what we know now, if we are in the hospital without someone to advocate for us, than we just can’t put our faith in that institution anymore. But God…He was with me.

1 John 4:4

Ye are of God, little children, and have overcome them: because greater is He that is in you, than he that is in the world.

That analysis what how I started this painting because I knew the overall design was a serpent in the shape of a basket, the letter TETH, and I needed Holy Spirit inspiration to move into this one. I was really new to the Hebrew Alphabet, but it was a walk that I just knew the Father had ordained for me. I was very open to hearing in the spirit to be led in these prophetic paintings. It really was incredible, if not I would not be here writing about it. So at the start of my painting, I planted seeds at the bottom of the basket and surrounded it with water like in a womb. Then it hit me that a flower would begin to grow. We are made in the image of God (Genesis 1:26) and we are fearfully and wonderfully made, (Psalm 139:14),  so why not start on this very powerful note.

CONCEALED POTENTIAL

As the Tulip began to grow, and seek the light and glory from above,  the serpent became flaming red, ready to steal, kill and destroy (John 10:10) but Yeshua has come that we may have life, and that we may have it more abundantly. So the waters on both sides of the art began to rise and show sovereignty and might. These waters were purposed to overcome the enemy in one swoop and in one day just like when the Red Sea parted for the Israelites supernaturally by the hand of God. The painting was getting exciting and the meaning of it becoming so much clearer. We will have an opportunity to rebuild and make this nation great again. Yahweh counts on our faith, on our endurance to persevere. He asks that we continue to seek His face and His will and become more intimate with Yeshua who is ready for His Bride. The knowledge of His Glory will cover the earth as the waters cover the sea. (Habakkuk 2:14)  Prepare spiritually, prepare your family, encourage others, stay in His word and declaring the good things to come, His promises. The Holy Spirit will guide you. I have great faith in Yahweh. He really wants that none of us shall perish. 2 Peter 3:9, John 10:28

WHOM DO YOU SERVE?

Here is where the tulip needed to seek higher ground to survive this next tempest. This was that fork in the road. The tulip needed to make a choice, activate its faith like never before and stand strong while Yahweh destroyed His enemies. It was clear to me that Yahweh wanted to bring this nation into it’s divine destiny. He also says in His Word that He has great plans for Israel too. Yahweh activated many prophetic voices to speak forth His plans. He saw that many people had lost their way, fallen asleep, made choices blindly and that the serpent was gleaming in its coat of deception. Here is where I decided to make a criss cross pattern on the snake with metallic copper foil to embellish it, except, copper is the color of judgement! The serpent did succeed in luring so many around the world to do his bidding, but his

plans are about to be shattered. His deceptions were being uncovered through and through. The media didn’t help but that’s for another time. The news was coming from dedicated people who took time to research and uncover the mystery Biblical plan that has been designed with God’s favor. The world slowly started waking up. Our nation along with Israel were the last to still have some of their God given freedoms. Together we would stand. President Trump boldly stood with Israel. All over the world the words of the prophets to bring people into repentance were sounding the alarm. The shofars were blowing and momentum was gathering. People of every walk have had to stand at this fork and make more informed decisions, particularly, whom do they serve? Psalm 2:11, Micah 4:5, Matthew 6:4, Hebrews 12:28

JUDGEMENT IS COMING BUT WITH YAHWEH, WE WILL PREVAIL

The waters will close in on our enemies. Darkness will fall on those that did not repent and walk away from their wicked ways. They were given chances to repent. Our loving God is also a just God. Satan’s plan was rolled out before its time and for that the enemy will lose it’s strongholds. Their principalities will come off the seven mountains of influence and hopefully we will all have learned our lesson and not repeat falling for the deceptions of the past. A new day will spring forth. His glory will fall on His people. Our nation is about to be birthed anew. That is the sound of the Tulip that broke through, bloomed and lived to see the NEW DAY. Armor up and stay strong. Remember in our weakness, He makes us strong (Hebrews 11:34) and in His Presence is fullness of joy (Psalm 16:11).
